Never ever use Protect Your Bubble for insurance. I had my iPhone 4 insured with them, their service is absolute crap and I’m hoping they get done by Watchdog and/or Panorama. Absolutely shocking service, Should be sued to the point where they’re forced to file bankruptcy. I started the process of making my claim about three weeks ago yet they are yet to even take my claim on board with several excuses, rude employees, ignoring emails or responding to them insufficiently and inot acknowledging some parts (e.g. my requests to speak to managers). I was even more annoyed when I then chose to read some reviews about them on the internet and find so many people slagging them off.

Lesson here: Do your research before going with an insurance company and, ideally, go with one that someone you know has had previous good experiences with!
